How last-minute is last-minute?
Pretty last-minute.
In August 2026, we received a call from Paradise Lounge in Newcastle after discovering their existing PA wasn’t adequate for the DJ performing that day.
Around 40 minutes after the initial phone call, we were there with a suitable PA system.
The response when we arrived?
“Brother, you have saved the day. We have been so stressed!”
That’s the kind of job we love.
I thought my venue had a sound system?
This happens more often than you’d think.
Not every wedding venue, function room, community space or party venue has a PA system — and sometimes what’s available isn’t suitable for what the DJ, singer or event actually needs.
It’s always worth checking beforehand, but if you’ve discovered the problem a little later than you’d have liked, don’t panic.
What can you provide at short notice?
It depends entirely on what’s available at the time, but potentially we can provide everything from a single speaker or microphone through to a complete PA or DIY DJ setup.
That can include speakers, mixers, wireless microphones, DJ booth, lighting and all the cables needed to make everything work.
Most importantly, you don’t need to know exactly what equipment you need.

Can you deliver it?
Yes.
For urgent bookings, we can potentially deliver and set everything up for you, or equipment can be collected from us at the John Marley Centre in Newcastle if that’s quicker.
We cover Newcastle and the wider North East, with how quickly we can reach you depending on where we are, what equipment is available and what other events we already have that day.
